Accounting professionals must now enter the field as leaders with the creativity and dedication to take on new and exciting roles. New niches emerging in the field such as environmental accounting, forensic accounting, and international accounting are bringing new career opportunities like never before. Also up and coming are unique accounting opportunities in industries including finance, entertainment, telecommunications, and software development.

Joseph I. Lubin School of Accounting students work closely with industry partners to gain practical experience in the field. Students also are given a variety of opportunities to network with Whitman alumni and industry professionals helping them land positions at top accounting firms such as Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, and Ernst & Young. Through a challenging and well-rounded program, the Whitman accounting program produces graduates ready to take on the best jobs in accounting.
