The Whitman Career Center team is passionate about its work. With more than 40 years of collective experience in business and career counseling, the group offers services that prepare Whitman students for a competitive career search.

The professional team at the Whitman Career Center focuses on the career and professional development of Whitman students, with their long-term career success our number one priority. Using a variety of means, Whitman students are well prepared to launch an effective job search that leads to long-term career satisfaction. Through executive speaker series, students learn how to build a career path, and through “office hours with corporate recruiters,” students can ask important questions about the recruiting process and how to differentiate themselves from their peers. Our team provides group career classes along with personal coaching sessions, which provide a strong foundation for Whitman students.
For our corporate recruiters, the Whitman Career Center creates strategies that support their ability to effectively and efficiently hire Whitman students. Through classroom presentations and career fairs, corporate partners can share insights about their corporation and career opportunities. Our campus interviewing program allows corporations to meet with students in a personal meeting to assess compatibility between the student and corporation. The Whitman Career Center has a reputation for providing exemplary services, which creates a positive recruiting outcome.
