Campus/Regional Recruiting

Campus Recruiting
The Whitman School’s state-of-the-art facility is ideal for screening prospective job candidates. We use a job posting and interview scheduling system to promote your career opportunities and support your visit to campus. You will have the option to host information sessions to articulate the value of your organization and screen applicants to build your pre-select interview schedule.

For assistance in building your plans for a campus visit, contact Jeanne Steckel, recruiting coordinator, at (315) 443-5548 or jmstecke@syr.edu.

If you wish to build your profile on our job posting board, visit OrangeLink.

Regional Recruiting
In addition to campus recruiting services, the Whitman Career Center offers two unique programs for screening and hiring graduate students. These programs are offered in collaboration with our partners at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo and the University of Rochester.

Lubin Alliance, January 30, 2009
Lubin Alliance, a partnership between the SUNY-- Buffalo and Syracuse University, offers organizations the opportunity to interview candidates at SU’s Lubin House located at 11 E. 61st Street in Manhattan. Organizations can pre-select interviewing schedules for this one day event.

Global Employment Opportunities, February 27, 2009
Global Employment Opportunities (GEO) focuses on the unique needs of graduate students who are non-US citizens. This talented group of individuals has much to offer in terms of talents and skills, and organizations can interview students for employment in the United States or in other countries.

To learn more about these special programs, contact Monica McFall, corporate relations coordinator, at (315) 443-4635 mnatale@syr.edu.
