Research Interests
Professor Zadzilka began her career as an auditor for KPMG in Buffalo, N.Y.. After earning her MBA at Whitman, she joined Carrier Corporation’s Leadership Associate Program. After extensive traveling with the program, Zadzilka returned to the Syracuse site to work in manufacturing operations. She taught at Morrisville State College from 2000-2007. Zadzilka holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo and is a licensed CPA in New York State.
