Full-time MBA

Students in the Whitman MBA program at Syracuse University receive a well-rounded education that incorporates both the theoretical background and practical experience needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing global economy.  This rigorous, experiential program challenges the minds of MBA students by encouraging entrepreneurial thinking through specialized courses and practical experience working with local entrepreneurs. In 2006, the Whitman MBA graduating class saw 71 percent of students employed all over the world within three months of graduation with a mean salary of $62,700.

The Whitman full-time MBA program is traditionally a two-year program with summers dedicated to completing an industry internship. Many MBA students enter the program with significant full-time work or internship experience and may opt out of the internship to take courses, condensing the program to 16 months. This flexible program offers students with little work experience or those switching careers the option of a  six-month internship.
