Technology
During the residency weeks, iMBA students use all the latest computing assets available to every Whitman School student. The new 160,000-square-foot Whitman building, which opened in 2005, is home to state-of-the-art technology, including wireless networking in all areas of the building. Throughout the year, iMBA students link into asynchronous course discussions and keep connected with classmates and support staff using Blackboard course management technology.
Whitman’s Information Technology (IT) team--a full-time staff of seven IT professionals--is an integral part of the iMBA program support structure. The IT team provides year-round support for iMBA students in leveraging technology to get the maximum benefit of the program.
