| For over 50 years, Syracuse University has been
committed to providing education to our nation's
military during and after their service to our country.
As the functional demands of active-duty service men
and women change, and those transitioning out of the
military seek educational opportunities to prepare
them for the marketplace, the Whitman School
of Management prides itself in providing the most
comprehensive education specifically designed to
facilitate growth.
At Whitman, there is a support structure and
culture that is encompassed with service,
experience, and commitment. As part of the Yellow Ribbon Program, our degree programs, in many cases,
are fully funded for veterans. On campus,
there is a veterans resource center, the student
veterans club, and many other resources
that are all part of the SALUTE program at
Syracuse University.
Below is a comprehensive list of degree programs and short courses designed for military and veterans. Once you click on the specific program you are interested in, you will find program specific information and contacts who can answer additional questions regarding the program and enrollment. We look forward to serving you!

Welcome Message from Dean Stith
 |
As a veteran, I am honored to
be a part of a community
dedicated to supporting the
work the U.S. military and its
veterans do every day for our
communities. Providing best
in class business education to
those serving or transitioning
into civilian careers is at the very
core of Whitman's values. Our robust
portfolio of programs has been specifically
designed for you since 1952. Some would
call this a tradition. At Whitman, it is a
tradition that we will continue to provide
for our country for many years to come."

Defense Comptrollership Program (MBA/EMPA)
This program of study provides future
comptrollers/resource managers with
the conceptual perspective, practical and
analytical tools, and management skills
required in the increasingly complex,
volatile, uncertain, and ambiguous resource
management environment. Certain variations
from the traditional MBA/EMPA
curriculum exist due to the 14-month
on-campus study and the unique orientation
of this program.
LOGTECH – MS in Supply Chain Management
The Master of Science in Supply Chain Management
provides a clear competitive advantage
in the ability to strategically align critical
supply chain support services with vital
tactical objectives to sustain the Department
of Defense goals and objectives. The program
promotes cutting-edge thinking and
fosters the rapid execution of the relatively
short-term training to bottom-line benefits.
MBA Programs
Both MBA programs are comprised of the same curriculum and credit hour
requirement, yielding an MBA degree from Syracuse University.
Full-Time: Students in the full-time MBA
program at Syracuse University receive
a well-rounded education that incorporates
both the theoretical background and
practical experience needed to succeed in
today's ever-changing global economy. The
experiential learning component in the fulltime
program encourages students to apply
classroom learning to business problems,
connect with decision makers, and deliver
tangible results that add value to sponsoring
organizations.
iMBA Program: The iMBA is a limited residency
distance learning MBA program
designed for the working professional. For
more than 30 years, the Whitman School has
delivered an MBA through a uniquely flexible
format combining in-person residency
and distance learning. Residencies are held
at Syracuse University with optional international
residencies during the program.
Learning between residencies is supported
by full-time faculty and a web-based course
management system.

EBV offers cutting edge,
experiential training in
entrepreneurship and
small business management
to post 9/11 veterans with disabilities
resulting from their service to our country.
The EBV program is designed to open the
door to business ownership for veterans
by developing skills in the many steps and
activities associated with launching and
growing a small business. The program will
also introduce how to leverage programs
and services designed for veterans and people
with disabilities in a way that furthers
one's entrepreneurial dreams.
Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans' Families
The Entrepreneurship
Bootcamp for Veterans'
Families (EBV-F)
is an education and

inherent in small business ownership
to provide a vocational and economic 'pathforward'
for military family members who
are now caregivers to a wounded warrior—
or for the surviving spouse of a military
member who gave his or her life in service
to our country. The EBV-F program

positioning the family member to launch
and grow a small business in a way that
is complementary or enhancing to other
