Syracuse Community Test Kitchen Hosts Panel on Winning Recipes

The Syracuse Community Test Kitchen (COMTEK) will host “Eyes on the Prize” cooking panel on Feb. 10 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The event will feature Dave Lenweaver, winner of the $25,000 Culinary Institute of America’s Annual Apple Pie Contest and Vicki Feldman, finalist in the Pillsbury™ Bake-off Contest, who will discuss their secrets for winning recipes.

The event is being held at the South Side Innovation Center (SSIC), located at 2610 S. Salina St. in the City of Syracuse. A $10 entrance fee includes light refreshments.

COMTEK is a collaboration of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, Morrisville State College, and Nelson Farms.
