Whitman's Community Test Kitchen Presents ‘Food for Thought’

The Community Test Kitchen (COMTEK) will host “Food for Thought” on Monday, Aug. 25, at noon. The event will include a guest lecture by Ernie Symanski, director of product development for Dale and Thomas Popcorn, and a sampling of gourmet popcorn. Symanski will give a presentation on what entrepreneurs should know before entering the snack food industry.

The cost of “Food for Thought” is $15, which includes a light lunch. COMTEK, part of the Whitman School of Management’s South Side Innovation Center (SSIC), is located at 2610 S. Salina St. in Syracuse. To register for the event, contact the SSIC at (315) 443-8634.
