Research:
Punit Arora, a Chartered Financial Analyst and a high-ranking officer in the Indian Administration (1997-2005), brings twelve years of professional experience to the academic research. His research interests mirror his experiences with the government, business, and development organizations. He is fascinated by various facets of private sector development including strategy, governance, new venture creation, public-private partnerships, and clusters of economic growth. His professional recognitions from the Indian Government include Esprit de Corps Medal (1997), Special Duty Medals (2002, 2003), Internal Security Service Medal (2004), and Election Commission Commendation (2005), and from Harvard University an invitational membership to its Global Network of Government Innovators (2008). He is also a consultant on strategic management for the United Nations.
