About Us
The Whitman Undergraduate Office is available to students throughout their undergraduate careers. Academic Advisors are available to meet individually with students and can assist with four-year planning as well as provide additional support. Students should meet with an academic advisor on a regular basis to check on the status of their degree requirements.
The Undergraduate Office is the home of your academic records. You may see your records at any time; no one else (other than office staff and your faculty/major advisor) may see your records without your written permission. You are advised to check your records at least once a year to be sure everything has been recorded correctly. It is your responsibility to confirm the fact that you will satisfy degree requirements. Our advisors are able to go through your records with you to ensure that you clearly understand requirements you still have outstanding.
