American Marketing Association
The AMA is an international professional body, consisting of students and industry representatives whose purpose is to promote interest in the practice and study of marketing. The organization, through its activities, strives for the professional development of its members and for the application of science and ethics in the marketing discipline.

The activities of the association are geared towards fostering information and knowledge about marketing among its members. These include interaction with industry experts, career advancement opportunities with leading recruiters, and fun-based events aimed at mutual learning and sharing marketing experiences. Joining is also a great way to network with experts in the marketing industry.

APICS
The American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) is an international, professional society, representing manufacturing, service, and resource management professionals worldwide. More than 2,000 companies and 70,000 individuals worldwide are members of APICS.

Through educational opportunities, various publications, certification programs, and a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to education and research, APICS keeps its members up-to-date on the ever changing business environment. Major topics include total quality management, global competition, and innovative manufacturing principles and practices.

Beta Alpha Psi
Beta Alpha Psi (BAP) is a professional service fraternity that includes accounting, finance, and IST majors. Members discuss current issues concerning our professions and also take advantage of networking opportunities. Weekly meetings consist of presentations by and networking with representatives from leading firms, resulting in many of our members getting internships as well as full-time job offers. Our members accomplish a lot, but have fun doing it.

Beta Gamma Sigma
Beta Gamma Sigma, founded in 1913, is a national business honor society whose mission is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business and personal and professional excellence in the practice of business.  One of the objectives of the organization is to foster an enduring commitment to the principles and values of honor, integrity, the pursuit of wisdom, and earnestness. Membership is considered the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in an undergraduate or master’s program at an accredited school.

The Case Study Club (CSC)
The Case Study Club provides programs that can enhance students' business strategy thinking skills, including current issue discussions; case analysis practices; interview questions practices; and local business consulting. The group meets every Monday from 7-8 p.m. in Room 101.

The E-Club
The E Club is dedicated to encouraging the spirit of entrepreneurship among the Syracuse University student body and to supporting the needs of students who are interested in entrepreneurship. The E Club is supported by the Whitman School’s Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises Department and the Falcone Center for Entrepreneurship. E-Club members team up with local entrepreneurs and businesses for entrepreneurship projects, host guest speakers throughout the semester, and, most recently, manage revenue for their services. The revenue reciprocates to members by way of either direct payout or for funding for trips and events.

The Franklin SCMA (Supply Chain Management Association)

The Franklin SCMA welcomes anyone interested in learning more about supply chain management. Through various field trips and guest speakers throughout the year, the Franklin SCMA provides the opportunity to see supply chain management in action as well as learn more about current events and issues affecting the field. There are a variety of activities that provide for networking opportunities with supply chain professionals from not only the Syracuse area, but also from around the country. We meet two to three times a month. We also work with APICS to bring speakers and tours to the Whitman School.

International Business Association
The International Business Association is dedicated to providing students an exposure to the increasingly international nature of business. The IBA is open to students from all nationalities and grade levels. The IBA take trips to companies with international operations, brings in speakers to discuss the workings of international business, and provides a forum to learn from the collective experiences of our diverse student population.

Investment Club
The Syracuse University Investment Club consists of students in a variety of majors from throughout the university and meets weekly to actively trade and discuss stocks, ETFs, commodities, and much more. Our portfolio consists of around $135,000 of real cash and equity. We welcome new or prospective members at any of our meetings and no prior investment knowledge or experience is required.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA)
Since 1969, the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) has been the leader in expanding the influence of minority business professionals. NABA represents the interests of minorities participating in the fields of accounting, auditing, business, consulting, finance, and information technology. Our membership ranks include practicing professionals, under-graduates, and graduate students preparing for careers in these areas. Our mission is to address the professional needs of our members and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance arenas.

Net Impact
Based in the Whitman School of Management, the Syracuse University-State University of New York Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) chapter of Net Impact is a member chapter of Net Impact, an international nonprofit organization with more than 7,000 members, with a mission to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world.

The SU-ESF Net Impact chapter has the following general mission: To increase awareness of and begin to implement sustainable thinking and practices within the greater Syracuse area. SU-ESF Net Impact holds a number of annual events including tours at some of the leading “green” organizations in the greater Syracuse area, presentations by sustainability leaders, and networking and social events. Graduate students from all departments at both SU and SUNY-ESF are welcome and encouraged to join.

Real Estate Club
The Real Estate Club at Syracuse University is the fastest growing club in the Whitman School. The club was established to provide a forum for students with an interest in real estate to learn more about the industry. The areas of real estate that are coved by guest speakers and site visits include: architecture, construction, development, finance, law, management, and sales. The club has also organized trainings in Real Estate Excel and Argus Modeling and is affiliated with the Real Estate program within Whitman.

Syracuse University's Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) organization is open to a select group of SU students with multiple talents who are committed and dedicated to developing community outreach projects that reach SIFE's six educational criteria:

With more than 1,600 participating colleges and universities in 40 countries and territories, SIFE is one of the largest university-based organizations in the world.

The Whitman Consulting Club's mission is to nurture, develop, and enhance the skills of our members interested in pursuing a career in consulting. We strive to create future consultants by:
