Undergraduate Information
On Saturday, May 11, 2013, the Whitman School of Management will gather at 3:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome for the Whitman convocation. This special event provides a more personal atmosphere in which to individually recognize each and every Whitman student. Tickets are not issued nor needed for this event.
Please plan to arrive at the Carrier Dome at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Please do not plan to arrive any earlier, as another convocation will be in progress. Seating is available on two levels, including seating for mobility-impaired guests.
As a convenience to our students, a professional photographer will take a photo of each graduate as Dean Stith shakes his or her hand. Proofs will be sent to each graduate with an option to order reprints.

Following the convocation, we will host a light hors d’oeuvre reception for our graduates and their guests under large tents on the Quad in front of Hendricks Chapel.

Graduate Information
On Saturday, May 11, 2013, the Whitman School of Management will gather at 12:30 p.m. at Goldstein Auditorium, in the Schine Student Center, for the Whitman graduate programs convocation. This special event provides a more personal atmosphere in which to individually recognize each and every Whitman student. Tickets are not issued nor needed for this event.
Please plan to arrive at the Auditorium at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Please do not plan to arrive any earlier, as another convocation will be in progress. Seating is available on two levels, including seating for mobility-impaired guests.

Following the convocation, we will host a reception for our graduates and their guests in Flaum Grand Hall, located on the 1st floor of the Whitman School building.
