Our Mission


Start-Up NY helps people with diverse disabilities gain access to business development resources to grow successful business ventures. Through the creation of a sustainable infrastructure, a model for accessible entrepreneurship will be created and implemented in Onondaga County.

Start-Up NY is a collaborative project of Onondaga County, the Syracuse University Burton Blatt Institute and Whitman School of Management, ARISE, and SBA.
