The EBV program was developed and will be administered by the Department of Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises at the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University. The Burton Blatt Institute: Centers of Innovation on Disability, Syracuse University, will assist with development of the disability-related aspects of the program, contributing expertise on public policy, disability benefits, accommodations, and other disability-specific aspects.
The program is designed around two central elements: 1) focused practical training in the tools and skills of small business creation and ownership with nuances unique to disability and public benefits programs, and 2) also establishing an ongoing support network for our graduates, so that you have resources to draw upon as you embark on your entrepreneurial dream.
