Get ready for your chance to impress the judges with your awesome business idea and have a chance to win some prize money to start your business!

You'll have 30-60 seconds to 'pitch' your business idea to a panel of local entrepreneurs who will judge your pitch on the feasibility/profit potential of the idea, the creativity of the idea, and the quality of the pitch itself.

2009 Conference Recap

The second annual Youth Entrepreneurs of Syracuse (YES) event was a huge success! We hosted over a hundred local high school and college students at the YES conference, which was themed ‘Make it Happen.’ YES helps students learn about starting a business and turning their ideas into reality.

It was an awesome day that was highlighted by an Elevator Pitch competition featuring 15 student teams (the youngest competitor was 13 years old!) competing. The winner took home $1000 in cash to start up their business! We discussed networking, available resources, running a business while in school, and of course, ate food and had fun!
