Guest Speaker - Amanta Mazumdar

 

The Whitman Consulting Club will host Amanta Mazumdar for a talk on "Using Data Analytics to Drive Insight in Consulting."  The session will involve a discussion of best practices in the usage of data analytics when helping clients. The session will be interactive and will involve sample cases and models from his current projects. 

 

Amanta Mazumdar is a consultant at McKinsey and Company, based in Chicago. At McKinsey, Amnta has worked with clients in the retails, healthcare and public-sector space. Prior to McKinsey, Amanta spent four years working for Deloitte's Strategy and Operations group, and two years at GE in their healthcare group. Amanta holds an MBA from J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS in Management Science from Stanford University, and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
