Event Description
The South Side Innovation Center, part of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, is hosting a workshop on Amazing Customer Service featuring Wegmans. Chosen by Inc. Magazine as one of the top places to work year after year, Wegmans creates an experience of loyalty in their customers by rooting exceptional service standards in its employees. This session will be presented by Paul Lilly, Wegmans customer service trainer.
