| 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Guest Speaker--Michele Gagne, Booz Allen Hamilton Associate The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University will host a guest lecture by Michele Gagne, an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton's organization and strategy department in Rome, N.Y. Gagne recently became certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and successfully led projects in the service operations of customer service and human resources teams. Her strengths lie in strategic development through project portfolio modeling; survey development; workflow simulation modeling (Lean metrics for productivity and costs); and training. She holds certifications as a facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and as a FLMI. She earned her MBA from Boston College in 1991 and her bachelor's Clarkson University in
1986.
