The South Side Innovation Center (SSIC), part of the Whitman School at Syracuse University, will present a customer service workshop with Paul Lilly, customer service trainer at Wegmans. The workshop will cover the various aspects of creating an amazing experience for customers, rooted in the philosophy of innovation and a deep-rooted set of family values. Lilly will discuss how Wegmans creates an experience of loyalty in its customers by rooting exceptional service standards in its employees.
