Session 1: The Basics
- Explore your personal beliefs of what it means to be a 'sales person' and how that potentially affects your business
- Identify characteristics for success in your business
- Learn what it means to have a customer-driven attitude
Session 2: Beyond the Basics
- Explore techniques used to 'close the sale'
- Identify the differences between marketing and sales and the important role they each play in sustaining a successful business
