The Syracuse Community Test Kitchen (COMTEK), part of the Whitman School of Management, will host a Cooking Skills course--a hands-on cooking experience where participants can learn cooking and food handling techniques. A different menu will be served each session.

The Bootstraping and Entrepreneurship course will focus on how entrepreneurs can identify components of a business plan and its relationship to their financials. The instructor will be Nancy Ansteth, business advisor at the Small Business Development Center. The course is offered by the Whitman School's South Side Innovation Center (SSIC).
