Mariana Lebron's primary areas of research are at the intersection of business strategy, corporate governance, organizational culture, and citizenship. Through an analysis of strategic change management processes and top management team leadership, she examines how infusing citizenship into firm strategy impacts performance. Current research examines the multilevel effects of diversity and board of director characteristics on corporate environmental/social responsibility strategies and performance.
