Research Topics
Professor Tucker currently teaches courses in global marketing strategy as well as logistics and supply chain management.
Most of Professor Tucker’s research has investigated how the logistics function contributes to corporate and marketing strategies and profits. She has extensively researched the use of benchmarking to improve corporate profitability and quality. Her consulting has been both in customer satisfaction measurement and logistics strategy. Clients have included: AT&T, Xerox, GE, DuPont, numerous small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
