Zhengping Wu

Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management

Zhengping Wu is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at Whitman School
of Management, Syracuse University. Prior to his current position, he was on the faculty of
Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). Dr. Wu
received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Management Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and his PhD degree in operations management from Krannert Graduate School of Management,
Purdue University.

Dr. Wu's research interests include supply chain coordination and
contracting, operations and marketing interfaces, pricing and inventory management.
His research work has been published in Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations
Management, Production and Operations Management, Operations Research Letters,
European Journal of Operational Research, etc.

Dr. Wu has received Dean's Teaching Honor
recognition in every semester he taught at SMU. He was also nominated for the prestigious SMU
Excellent Teacher award in 2013.
