Whitman School of Management class of 2011 MBA students Sarang Deshpande and Abhishek Shingeakar and Whitman faculty member Gary La Point, assistant professor of supply chain practice and co-director of the H.H. Franklin Center for Supply Chain, were acknowledged in a recently featured cover story in Pharmacy Purchasing & Products by researchers at University Hospital who conducted a study on how to reduce medication dispensing errors by using a controlled packaging system.
