Senior Resource Managers

Purpose:
The Senior Resource Managers Course (SRMC) discusses current issues in the management of resource management; to better understand the changing resource management environment of the Army and DoD; to provide a venue for senior resource managers to discuss issues and share solutions; and to develop solutions to resource management issues. 

Method of Instruction:
The course is comprised of approximately 25-30 Studetns per class and is divided into six general learning objectives with learning accomplished by lectures, guest speakers, and a group project.   Guest speakers address real-time application of skills and challenges facing the Army and DoD and Group projects are presented to a Senior Resource Manager.  Upon completion of the course, 36 CPEs are awarded – including two (2) hours of Ethics training.

Nomination Process:
Submit nominations through command channels to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management & Comptroller)

• SF 182
• Civilians - CP 11 Resume Form
• Military – Officer Record Brief / Enlisted Record Brief

Funding:
DA centrally funds tuition, per diem and travel costs for CP 11 careerists and BA 36 Officers and NCOs.

Course Length:
Four and one half days.
