Application Procedure
The LOGTECH 2012-2014 class initial residency will be held August 18-22, 2012 at the Whitman School of Management in Syracuse, New York.
Participation in the LOGTECH iMS program is very competitive. Department of Defense military and civilian personnel nominations have to be submitted through your service representative. A DoD selection panel reviews all packets to determine who will be considered for admittance. Syracuse University has the final decision on who is actually accepted in the program.
Complete Nominations package include the following:
- SF 182
- Personal Statement
- Registration Form
- Professional Work Evaluation
- Memorandum of Understanding
- 2 Letters of Endorsement
- 2 Official transcripts and Copy of Transcripts
- Official GMAT and unofficial Copy of GMAT

Official Transcripts: Contact your undergraduate and any post graduate academic institutions for your official transcript. Have the academic institutions send the 2 copies of the official transcripts with your name on the envelope to the following: (Official transcript must be in sealed envelopes with the university seal, stamp, or signature across the back flap.)

Official GMAT scores: Please send official GMAT scores to the Whitman iMS Supply Chain Management Program code NG0-SB-05. Get an unofficial copy of your scores prior to leaving the test center and submit with your packet.
