Defense Comptrollership Program
The program of study provides future comptrollers/resource managers with the conceptual perspective, practical and analytical tools, and management skills required in the increasingly complex, volatile, uncertain, and ambiguous resource management environment.
Senior Resource Managers Course
Discuss current issues in the management of resource management; better understand the changing resource management environment of the Army and DoD; provide a venue for senior resource managers to discuss issues and share solutions; and develop solutions to management of resource management issues.
Executive Comptroller Course
Provide mid-level military and civilian resource/financial managers a broad perspective of the core competencies of Defense Financial Management. The course emphasizes the application of those competencies for resource/financial management decision making in the U.S. Army.
Army Comptroller Course
Provide a basic multi-disciplined financial and resource management (RM) overview to DoD military & civilian personnel newly assigned to the Comptroller Career field and to other personnel without a multi-disciplined background. The course blends current DoD/Army management and the latest in academic management techniques.
Financial Management 101
Provide personnel in the technical financial management series increased skills and knowledge in financial and resource management as well as improving their basic analytical capabilities.
