Mike is also developing a problem solving methodology for dealerships to use to target their areas of weakness which ultimately affect their performance in the industry standard JD Power and Associates surveys. While Mike will only be able to establish the structure of the project this summer, he can see that once it is in place, it will be a part of the day to day process to review customer satisfaction at BMW.
