Advising Appointments
Students can schedule an appointment directly with an advisor by viewing their schedules below. When scheduling your appointment, you will need to select the location from the options listed (Virtual-Zoom or Whitman Undergraduate Office Suite 215).

Spring 2024 - Meet with an Advisor
To provide the most convenience to our students, we will be advising both in-person and virtually throughout the spring semester. Please read through the information below to understand your options.
Remote Advising Using Orange Success and Zoom
To allow the most convenience during peak times, Whitman advising will continue virtual advising for all drop-in advising for the spring semester. This will include the add period, registration period, and daily 2-4 p.m. drop-ins. Additionally, students will have the option to schedule virtual appointments (rather than
in-person), using Orange Success.
Drop-In Advising
Drop-ins hours are scheduled Monday through Friday from 2-4 p.m. All drop-in advising will be held via Zoom. To meet virtually with an advisor, sign in to the virtual kiosk here.
Fall Course Registration Period Drop-In Days/Hours
Available virtually during the business days between April 4th and April 10th from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Students will see the first available advisor during these days. Sign in to the virtual kiosk here.
How to Sign Up For Drop-In Advising
Please click the link for the virtual kiosk and enter your information which will add you to the advising queue. When it is your turn, an advisor will email you a link to their personal Zoom waiting room. If you do not click the Zoom link within a few minutes of receipt, the advisor will need to move to the next student in the queue to limit the wait time.

Advising Appointments
Advisors offer both virtual and in-person appointments scheduled through Orange Success (with the exception of our full drop-in days during the add and registration periods). You can schedule an appointment directly with your advisor by viewing their schedules to the left.
