Robert Bantle, an entrepreneur, has been president and owner of Cat Rock Group since 1996 and chairman of Smoke Mountain Chew since 1999. From 2007 to present, he has been founder and owner of Flexor Swing Sport, a patented body movement training methodology that improves the mind body neurological connection in specific sports applications during recovery. He has been involved with other start-up companies, including Bantle & Walker Inc.; Winged Foot Partners, LLC; Bobterri Realty LLC; Banwalk Holdings Inc.; and Creative Brands Inc. In the 1990s, Bantle was affiliated with Cabin Fever Entertainment, a subsidiary within the UST parent company, which made and produced videos, films and music. He joined Cabin Fever Entertainment as director of business development and was named vice president of development and acquisitions in 1991 and senior vice president, sales and marketing in 1993. Film credits include executive producer of The Ascent (1994).

A noted philanthropist, Bantle serves on the board of the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis; Father Martin’s Ashely Inc.; IIAET – International Institute for Alcohol Education and Training; and is president of the Louis F. Bantle and Virginia C. Bantle Charitable Foundation. He formerly served on the board of Franziska Racker Centers Inc.
