Tom Nightingale is the president and CEO of International Package Shipping and its operating companies. Collectively, the companies are the largest consolidator of consumer-to-consumer packages to Europe with service to 45 countries through over 750 agents.

Prior to International Package Shipping, Nightingale was president of GENCO Transportation Logistics, and was part of the leadership team that sold GENCO to FedEx where he remained as officer. He brings over 27 years of leadership experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Prior to GENCO, he served as an officer and president of Sales and Marketing for ModusLink Global Solutions. Before that, he served as chief marketing officer for Con-way (now owned by XPO), and prior to that as vice president, Corporate Marketing for Schneider National. Earlier in his career, he held key leadership positions with start-ups Clareon and Paxis as well as CSX and United Parcel Service.

He is a frequent contributor to several trade and industry publications and speaker at global supply chain and logistics industry events. He serves on the boards of a number of organizations, including Oakes & Terry, SimpliShip, WinMore, NextShift Robotics, ChemDirect, Convoy, and CSCMP.

Nightingale earned a master’s degree in business administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.
