Carrie Eubanks is the executive sr. director of the supply chain organization for the Space & Airborne Systems segment of L3Harris Technologies, located in Melbourne, Florida. She leads a team that manages over $2B in annual spend in support of this business. Her team is responsible for the material planning, material handling, shipping, transportation, warehousing, procurement, and subcontracts functions to support this business. The team is also responsible for system and process controls required to maintain government approved supply chain systems.

Eubanks assumed the position of sr. director in 2017. She oversees the segment's supply chain programs, supporting objectives for cost, quality, and on-time delivery of materials and services. She also leads the development and execution of supply chain strategies to achieve critical L3Harris Business Excellence and new product development goals. Eubanks reports directly to the Space & Airborne Systems' Vice President of Operations.

Before joining Harris, Eubanks spent 13 years at Lockheed Martin in various roles that included supply chain, manufacturing, quality, risk management/master planning. Eubanks holds a bachelor of science in supply chain management and an MBA from the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University. She is also a graduate of the Lockheed Martin operations leadership development program.
