Jorie Fox

Senior Manager of Supply Chain Integration
True Value Company

Jorie Fox is currently the senior manager of supply chain integration for True Value Company. She brings ten years of S&OP and demand planning experience to her role. She leads the team responsible for integrated business planning (S&OP), vendor collaboration, operational efficiencies, and associated metrics and analytics to support inventory planning and operations. Fox transitioned into the hardware retail industry from her role at Cantel Medical where she led the global planning team launching S&OP into two business units and serving as a SME for the company’s SAP implementation.

Previously, she worked as a manager of consulting for Chainalytics’ integrated demand and supply planning team where she supported a range of planning projects across various industries. This is where Fox honed her skills of stakeholder influence and change management. It was a stepping stone that launched her advancement into leadership roles. During this time, she earned her MBA, with a supply chain graduate certificate, from Northeastern University, graduating in 2016. Before leaving industry for consulting, Fox spent five years at Medtronic, as an integral member of the cardiovascular global supply chain team responsible for forecasting and global production of interventional radiology devices such as guide catheters, guide wires and balloon catheters. Fox started her career as a district manager trainee for Aldi, the grocery retailer, as they expanded into New England.

Fox (previously “Didier”) graduated in 2010 with a dual bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and marketing management, along with a minor in English. She currently serves as a young alum representative on the Franklin Advisory Board. Fox and her husband, Ryan, currently reside in Forest Park, Illinois with their two Golden Retrievers.
