Extensive experience in handling accounting responsibilities for large multi-million dollar business accounts; developing and adhering to budgets; analyzing, assigning and verifying cost accountability; developing business prospects, client, and business partner relations; and working with teams of individuals to complete a common goal regarding new product development and it’s sales and distribution.
Extensive experience in working with entrepreneurial companies, gaining an understanding of their product, operations, and customer base; and working with them to develop sales targets, marketing and sales plans, forming and supporting teams, and pre- and post-sales support operations. Have gained much and valuable experience through accepting and performing responsibilities for building teams and leading those teams through achieving defined goals.
Corporate experiences provided a solid foundation to understanding business operations as a whole, the importance of tying bottom line profit dollars to client/customer satisfaction, and the significant role that accurate cost accounting plays in a company’s ability to forecast and deliver promised goods and services.
