Choose One Session from the Below:

10:30 am - Keys to Success (2nd-floor classrooms)

First-year families should spend time connecting with their student’s House Mentor.  This is a great opportunity to learn more about the foundational course in Whitman and some highlights of the first semester.  Hear some success stories and advice on how to anticipate challenges along the way.

10:30 am - Sophomore Check-in (1st-floor classrooms)

Our advisors will be sharing how to best utilize the resources available in the School as well as discuss some program planning like options for studying abroad.

10:30 am - Conversations with the Career Center: Career Support from Day 1 (Whitman, room 303)

Join the career center team to learn about their personalized approach to career coaching over your student's four-year journey. You will learn about how the career center team partners with students to develop customized plans for student career success, gather information about how your student can explore careers across multiple industries to help them determine their career path, and learn details about Whitman undergraduate internship graduation requirement.

All Families Are Then Invited to:

11:30 am - Multi-cultural & First-Generation Parent Resource Group (4th floor, Milton Room)

The goal of the group is to provide parents with resources to better support their students.
