Corporate Finance - 8 weeks

This class will review the principles and foundations of finance such as the time value of money, capital budgeting and techniques, uncertainty and the risk/return trade-off, security market efficiency, cost of capital.

Financial Management - 8 weeks

This course reviews the problems and procedures of financial management encountered in normal operations of a corporation. We will also review planning and controlling capital needs. Capital budgeting, financial capital and dividend and expansion policies are also studied.

Investments - 8 weeks

This class will review the analytical framework for investment decision making. Principles and techniques of analyzing industries and companies and managing portfolios will be examined.

Financial Planning - 8 weeks

This course reviews financial planning concepts such as analysis of personal financial statements, tax planning, credit management, retirement planning, estate planning and insurance planning.

The Securities Market - 8 weeks

This class will review the role and nature of securities markets in our economy and the needs they serve. Market concept and criteria for studying the effectiveness of the securities market will also be studied.
