iSchool / Whitman Dual Program

Why pursue a dual major with the iSchool?

One of the more popular and complementary choices in dual majors is the joint Whitman/School of Information Studies (iSchool) program. Approximately 10 percent of students in the iSchool choose to pursue a dual major with Whitman. 

Should you decide to pursue a dual major, you will develop a working knowledge of business combined with a technical training in information systems, setting you apart from traditional management students. The many opportunities to gain hands-on experience and expert perspectives, combined with comprehensive and timely coursework offered at Whitman and the iSchool, will help you build a compelling resume. The iSchool offers a major in information management & technology.

All eight Whitman majors pair naturally with a major in the School of Information Studies. Whitman majors are:
