Whitman Undergraduate Remote Advising

Remote Advising Using Orange Success and Zoom
To limit density on campus and allow for social distancing, Whitman Advising will continue remote advising throughout the fall semester including drop-in advising and scheduled appointments.

Drop-In Advising
During the semester, an advisor will be available Monday through Friday from 2-4pm EDT for drop-in advising. All drop-in advising will be held via Zoom. To meet virtually with an advisor, sign in to the virtual kiosk here.

Registration Drop-In Days/Hours
The advising team will be available virtually during the business days between February 8th and February 15th from 9am – 4pm. Students will see the first available advisor during these days. Sign in to the virtual kiosk here.

How to Sign Up for Drop-In Advising
Please click the link for the virtual kiosk and enter your information which will add you to the advising queue. When it is your turn, an advisor will email you a link to their personal Zoom waiting room. If you do not click the Zoom link within a few minutes of receipt, the advisor will need to move on to the next student in the queue to limit the wait time.
