Undergraduate Information

On Saturday, May 13, 2017, the Whitman School of Management will gather at 4:00 p.m. in the Carrier Dome for the Whitman convocation. This special event provides a more personal atmosphere in which to individually recognize each and every Whitman student. Tickets are not issued nor needed for this event.

Please plan to arrive at the Carrier Dome at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Please do not plan to arrive any earlier, as another convocation will be in progress. Seating is available on two levels, including seating for mobility-impaired guests.

As a convenience to our students, a professional photographer will take a photo of each graduate as the dean shakes his or her hand. Proofs will be sent to each graduate with an option to order reprints.

Following the convocation, we will host a light hors d'oeuvre reception for our graduates and their guests at the Whitman School of Management, 721 University Avenue.

Graduate Information

On Saturday, May 13th at 9 a.m. graduate students from the Whitman School of Management will gather in the Goldstein Auditorium for the Whitman graduate convocation. A reception in the Grand Hall will immediately follow convocation.
